Even though Jessica Chastain hasn’t been in the spotlight for too long, she’s already a red-carpet regular. As one of the most sought-after actresses today, the Zero Dark Thirty star is top of mind. Therefore, it's no wonder Yves Saint Laurent tapped her as the global ambassador for its latest fragrance, Manifesto.
“Yves Saint Laurent is a brand that inspires me deeply,” Chastain told WWD. “Since its creation the brand has conveyed strong values that I cherish such as an unwavering commitment, absolute love and feminine audacity.”
Set to launch in March, coincidently after her big Oscar nomination, the print fragrance ads feature Chastain wearing dark cherry lips that nicely complement her red hair, slightly winged black eyeliner and a wispy updo. While we can’t wait to get our hands on the fragrance, the makeup look is enviable enough on its own. I recently got a saplme of this perfume. I still haven’t had the time to actually smell it, though! Anywya, my expectations are not that high. And after reading your review, well, I don’t want to smell it at all! Headache? no thanks! LOL
