Finding the right lip balm is essential to getting super-soft lips. You want to find a lip balm that tastes great and that you can wear all day. Be certain it isn't too waxy as you don’t want it to just sit on your lips, but sink into them. Plus it should have an SPF to protect lips during the day. Before applying the balm, make sure to exfoliate the area. You can gently rub a toothbrush or a warm washcloth across lips to rid them of any dead skin cells.

    I think you should do soeihtmng very whimsy try taking two large strands from the front and braid them..then connect them in the back with a clasp take small sections and curl them to allow for loose random curls Add some things to your hair like artificial butterflies flowers and fake segments of blue and green and purple hair then pour on the sparkle..the more the better also for your eyes try some really crazy long colorful lashes.. also body jewels for your face anything to add sparkle and whimsy
