During your wedding day, you don’t want to worry about smudging and reapplying your makeup. Instead, create a bridal makeup routine designed to last for hours.

• After applying your foundation and concealer, use a translucent powder to set your look. This will provide longer wear and cut down on shine.

• Wear waterproof mascara. Not only does waterproof mascara last longer, it’s tear resistant (which is perfect for a wedding).

• Don’t forget to apply foundation to your eyes. This provides a base for your eye shadow to stick to; providing longer wear and less smudging. And for added sheen to the eyes, use a shimmer powder on the brow bone.

• Provide a base for your lipstick. During your wedding, you won’t have time to apply lipstick several times. Instead, apply foundation to your lips before applying your lipstick, then seal with a lip gloss.
