Eyeliner can help your eyes look larger, brighter and more dramatic when preparing for your wedding day. But before getting started, it’s important to have a few tips to enhance the natural beauty of your eyes.
After you’ve applied your foundation, concealer and eye shadow, it’s time to apply eyeliner. Choose a natural looking eyeliner pencil with extra moisture. If you have light hair, opt for brown notte (which is a lighter brown) and those with dark hair should choose double espresso.
Starting at the outer corner of the eyelid, draw a line as close to the lash line as possible. Only draw the line about three fourths of the length of the lash line. This will make your eyes appear larger and brighter. After you’ve applied the eyeliner, apply 2-3 coats of mascara. And to enhance the eyes further, apply a shimmer powder to your brow bones to lighten up your lids.
