Where's the Pearl - Review by
The color of the Ankle Strap was outstanding, but the formula very strange.
It was so concentrated and opaque it hardly moved across my lips.
No pearl was visible either. Advantage: very nice rich color...Disadvantage: possibly old stock , difficult to apply
