Halloween is everyone’s excuse to slap on the campy makeup, wear the shortest dresses and highest heels, revel in political incorrectness and indulge in debauchery frowned upon every other day of the year.
Ladies, in particular, can get away with being a vamp without patronizing looks. Fishnets stockings, red lipstick, massive eyeliner and fake eyelashes are the norm, rather than the unnatural on All Hallow’s Eve.

The BFFs of falsies are tweezers, lash glue and patience.
Using the tweezers, dip the base end of the lashes gently in lash glue and carefully apply to the base of your real lashes, pressing gently but firmly for five to seven seconds in the areas you want the lashes to stick. After the glue has dried, you can use eyeliner to blend between the real and the fake lash lines. Apply mascara after lining to fully blend the real and fakes lashes for more oomph and glamour.
