The natural, unblemished youthfulness of Courtney Cox is questionable at best, at least to me anyway.
Cox, who is surprisingly unlined despite her age creeping up there, has been the face of skin care brand Kinerase for the past few years and just signed up with Avon to hawk their new scent, Spotlight. This olfactory blend is a fresh oriental, meaning mandarin, sandalwood, vanilla and Italian bergamot, confected by IFF perfumer Monique Remy.
Her reason for joining Avon?
“(Avon) truly celebrates and empowers women and this fragrance captures that essence – that all women are in the spotlight in their own unique ways and this fragrance highlights the excitement and the exhilaration of that feeling,” says the former “Friends” star.
America’s favorite mass cosmetics brand has been celeb-happy of late, signing up Salma Hayek, Patrick Dempsey, Reese Witherspoon and Lauren “LC” Conrad.
If I spritz Spotlight on all the right pulse points, does mean I’ll get a shot of the same youth Cox has going for her?
Somehow I think making an appointment at my local cosmetic doctor will leave me in better hands, but I’m still up for wearing a gorgeous new scent.
