I’ll always have a soft spot for L’Occitane En Provence, because it was the brand that marked my transition from buying only drugstore beauty products to buying luxe ones.
L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream was my first luxe purchase, all shiny in its malleable silver and blue tube with black cap. The contents inside made my dry hands supple, soft and enviably fragrant. Ah, love at first squeeze.
The brand is sure to bag me as a fan again with its new (and first) five-item organic facial skin care line called Organic Olive Oil Cream Based Care. This range includes a masque, cleansing foam and milk, toner and moisturizer, all of which is very green, thanks to an Ecocert certification on each of the line’s products.
Look out for L’Occitane’s foray into organics to launch this coming April.
