When I first started blogging for Makeup.com, I was obsessed with Narcisco Rodriguez For Her, the eau du parfum verison in that simple, modern, pretty pastel pink bottle.
Narciso Rodriguez had me at hello. Or at least first sniff.
Rodriguez is going to make Spring ‘09 a whole lot better me and a lot of scent-loving ladies with his new Essence Eaux De Parfum Collection, which not only has a fragrance but a deodorant spray, body lotion and shower gel, too.
Says the designer best known for his color-blocked dresses, “Essence is very sexy but has that crisp, clean, pure quality of sunlight. This sunny floral, powdery musk will contain notes of rose, iris powder, benzoin balm, and of course, musk — his signature touch. “I love [musk] so much for its beautiful qualities, its rawness and its sensuality.”
It hits market in the US on March 1, with an international roll out in April.
But if you’re anywhere near Saks Fifth Avenue on that date, I suggest you treat yourself to a wrist spritz.
