X-Factor winner and “Bleeding Love” songstress Leona Lewis is now a member of the celebrity fragrance train.
The self-titled fragrance (ha, not album!) is a collaboration between the British singer and German company LR, and is due to be on shelves by late 2009.
Said Lewis, “I am passionate about what I do and it is important for me to give the best I can to my fans all of the time. I love my new fragrance.”
There have been some great hits with celebrity scents, like Britney Spears’ Curious, Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely and — surprisingly — Jessica Simpson’s Fancy (which I personally own and love). Then there have been massive misses, like Mariah Carey’s M (which I should love, since I heart anything marshmallow and gardenia).
And can you even capture bleeding love in a bottle, anyway?
I’m more into rockstars so – nope, I’m not a fan of Leona Lewis. But hey this perfume did hit it well with my nose. It’s fine.
