Today is Friday, but it’s not just any old Friday.
This Friday is also known as “Black Friday”, which is also known as the first day of the Christmas shopping season.
Besides bagging new clothes (Kova & T leggings for sure), a couple pairs of shoes (Sam Edelman Lombardo booties in grey) and some accessories (another chunky cocktail ring, perhaps?), I wouldn’t mind picking up a few good things for my ever-burgeoning beauty stash.
The list below is in no particular order.
Dylan’s Candy Bar Candy Lip Saver Stackable ($32). This quartet of lip balms comes in Coconut Bon Bon, Birthday Cake Batter, Chocolate Cupcake and Strawberry Licorice. Pumpkin pie, what?
Bvlgari Jasmine Noir – Limited Edition Bottle ($160). This woody, floral fragrance is encapsulated in a black limited-edition bottle with a Swarovski-encrusted cap. A black bottle for Black Friday.
Ojon Rub-Out Dry Cleanser To Go ($10). This dry cleanser is made from ojon oil, an ingredient from the Tawira tribe. It also temporarily takes away impurities, greasiness and product build-up between hair washings.
Bliss Ingrown Hair Eliminating Peeling Pads ($38). You can put the tweezers down now. These pads are drenched in a concoction of hydroxy acids and antioxidant acids that smooth away ingrown hairs with one swipe.
Too Faced Retractable Kabuki Brush ($28.50). This fat cat of a brush does it all, from dusting on bronzers to blush to shimmers. It’s also animal-friendly, meaning the bristles are made from Too Faced’s “Teddy Bear Hair” bristles and not animal hair. It’s also retractable — and pretty in pink.
There’s beauty in everything, even in a Black Friday.
