Bobbi Brown — star makeup artist, owner of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and creator of the best ever Shimmer Lip Gloss (I personally went through three tubes of the Nude shade in four months) — is also apparently a staunch democrat.
The makeup guru has already held two fund-raisers for Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama and was recently asked to serve in the New Jersey delegation to the Democratic National Convention.
Brown told WWD, “I was an early Barack supporter and I’ve done Michelle’s makeup.”
Does that mean Mrs. Obama received Brown’s new limited-edition Coco Mauve Collection, which has the brand’s Metallic Eye Shadow, Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, Creamy Lip Color, their best-selling Blush and a separate section for the Mini Brush Set?
Something tells us she probably did.
