HSN, America’s biggest home shopping network, signed former model Carol Alt to launch a new skincare line called RAW Essentials By Carol Alt.
The 48-year old model, perpetual entrepreneur and author (check out her books “Eating In The Raw” and “The Raw 50″) follows a strict raw food diet after fighting a bout with uterine cancer, and the range is based on that particular live food practice. RAW’s products are devoid of synthetic preservatives and are manufactured at low temperatures, so its natural ingredients (like tamanu oil, aloe vera and soy proteins) keep their quality and benefits.
December 11 marks a two-day preview prelaunch of RAW Essentials on HSN, with four products — body washes, moisturizers, face washes and eye creams — available from $18.50 to $35.00.
An official launch (with more products rolling out) happens this coming January 27, so sign off on the online shopping and tune into your TV.
