Halloween is everyone’s excuse to slap on the campy makeup, wear the shortest dresses and highest heels, revel in political incorrectness and indulge in debauchery frowned upon every other day of the year.
Ladies, in particular, can get away with being a vamp without patronizing looks. Fishnets stockings, red lipstick, massive eyeliner and fake eyelashes are the norm, rather than the unnatural on All Hallow’s Eve.
