I was recently reading a blog post from northwestvoice.com where a user commented if all politicians wear makeup. The answer of course is yes, as they have the eyes of millions of voters watching at any given moment. Such was the case during the Nationally televised Vice Presidential debate on Thursday. Instead of asking ourselves who won the recent debate between Joe Biden and Sarah Palin, let’s instead vote on which politician pulled off the best makeup. For red carpet events, she often prefers dramatic eyes with lush lashes and pale, pretty lips — I have yet to see her don a bright shade of rouge lipstick instead of a pearly gloss. At this year’s Emmy Awards, Longoria stuck to the dark mascara and black eyeliner, though her makeup artists did add a tinge of green along her bottom lashes for a sibliminal effect.
