Too Faced cosmetics collaborated with Kipling bags for their Kipling Loves Too Faced limited-edition collection.
These covetable, chic totes and cases are filled with Too Faced goodies, like the “Glamour Eyes” collection with its Lovey Dovey Duo Eye Shadow, Mini Ooh & Aah Starry Eyed Liner, Mini Black Lash Injection and Mini Colorless Application Shadow Insurance. The black bag can also double as an evening clutch and the Too Faced Loves Kipling Collector’s charm is…

You have probably seen a lot of pink ribbons around since last Wednesday hit, and that’s because October is Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) month.
Fashion brands and cosmetics companies rally annually to raise money and public profile of the disease, conceptualizing products or participating in collaborations wrapped in swaths of pink hues and then donating part or all proceeds to the research of breast cancer.

In unlikely beauty collaboration news, American cosmetics brand Avon teamed up with Ironman to launch a signature men’s fragrance collection.
This Ironman fragrance collection — whose tagline is “Anything is Possible” — consists of an eau de toilette spray, after-shave balm and deodorant, all of which will officially debut just before the big Ford Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona in Hawaii this October.

Estee Lauder is one of those storied cosmetics brands that evokes memories of grandmothers and gold compacts in the same vein.
Of course, the grandmother is chic and and the compact is gilded.
The brand, over years, reached out to newer, younger demographics but still remained luxurious in its successful pursuit — they did, after all, bring on Tom Ford to helm his Tom Ford for Estee Lauder limited-edition collections.

The Parisian cool go to one place for all their fashion, music, art and design needs: Colette.
Colette and Aeroports de Paris, who operate Charles de Gaulle Airport, have come up with a limited-edition travel beauty kit called “Kit de Beaute Colette pour Aeroports de Paris” that happily conforms to those pesky, annoying security requirements — I know a girl who had to forfeit her Smith’s Rosebud Salve because of them. Not good.

Avon has come a long, long way from being the cheesy brand most preferred by bored housewives.
After getting some A-list names on board to be product ambassadors — Salma Hayek, Lauren Conrad, Reese Witherspoon and Patrick Dempsey — Avon is getting big brands on board for partnerships, too.

Female gamers, unite!
The Japanese are always, always one step ahead when it comes to technology and the video games that go along with it. Shiseido and Sega — two of the biggest S’s in the Land of the Rising Sun — teamed up to create Project Beauty, a game for Nintendo DS that allows users to scan digital images into the handheld console. These digital images are then categorized into four categories — cute, active, cool and feminine — after which tips and step-by-step instructions are given to the user on how to achieve different makeup looks.
