Halloween is everyone’s excuse to slap on the campy makeup, wear the shortest dresses and highest heels, revel in political incorrectness and indulge in debauchery frowned upon every other day of the year.
Ladies, in particular, can get away with being a vamp without patronizing looks. Fishnets stockings, red lipstick, massive eyeliner and fake eyelashes are the norm, rather than the unnatural on All Hallow’s Eve.

A beautiful frame can bring out the best features in a Picasso or Jackson Pollack. Well-shaped and well-groomed eyebrows do the very same thing for your face.
Overplucking is a cardinal sin when it comes to eyebrows — unnatural does not equate comely. If a visit to brow guru Anastasia Soare is logistically or financially impossible, follow these steps in order to ensure you end up more Brooke Shields than Christina Aguilera, circa her “Dirrty” years.

Dark circles under the eye are telltale signs that you either had a big night out with the girls, been inflicted with random bouts of insomnia, stayed up late watching back-to-back DVD episodes of Dexter or inherited a rather unfortunate aesthetic hereditary trait from the fam.
The bad news is you can’t erase dark under eye circles from existence, despite beauty products here, there and everywhere saying they can do it for you. And even worse news is they tend to get more prominent with age, as the delicate skin under the eyes gets thinner and blood vessels get more visible.
