The velvety and non-greasy texture provides easy blending and long lasting effect, helps prevent feathering, and brings much needed moisture to the delicate lip area. Apply a small amount to your entire upper and lower lip and allow to dry for 2 minutes prior to applying your favorite lip color or gloss.
