You twist up the bottom & the thick liquid color comes out in tiny holes on the top! The color is pretty & lasts for a good 3-4 hours!

I've used a few Liquid Glosses but this is just luscious. I bought Daphne which is a beautiful ginger rose and goes on with an an ultra high gloss shine and keeps my lips super moisturized. This lipstick twists up through tiny holes that control the amount applied - my only wish is that there were more colors. It seems a bit pricey but it's my most used product in my entire lip collection. Considering the fact that I'm a dedicated Lancome Lipstick user of 5 years this is a major changeover. I'll definately be looking at other Bloom products!
