Cosmic Queen was created by Carrie & Sydney Kravitz in honor of women who believe that beauty is more than skin deep. Their inspiration was award-winning volunteer and animal activist Melissa Kravitz, who believed in the power of nature, the sanctity of animal life, and the energies of women as universal nurturers, to know what needed to be done and to do it. In her honor, Cosmic Queen makeup is color matched to precious gemstones and to ancient goddesses honored for their wisdom, strength, and beauty. And to further focus on the beautiful work that women do, Cosmic Queen donates a portion of all product sales to charities that are run by women or empower women such as the Jane Goodall Institute and Women Build! Habitat for Humanity.
