APPLICATION
Start with Water Canvas Base to smooth and brighten skin. How your skin will look upon application (the foundation finish) is controlled by the tool you choose to use. Working in light downward strokes, use VL Foundation Brush #37 to achieve lighter coverage or a VL Wedge Sponge to achieve medium-to-full coverage.
