Billy Jealousy's ILLICIT fragrance is the best kept secret that won't stay keeping secret. It's a fragrance that everyone always asks "what are you wearing?!?!?". Then everyone runs out to buy. I love it and it's not a scent that smells the same on everyone but certainly is good on everyone!
