We’ve all wasted spent our fair share of time laughing at various viral cat memes on the Internet (don’t worry, we won’t tell your boss), but this cat eye look is no laughing matter. It’s sultry and sophisticated, and frankly we think it’s worthy of way more attention than the Grumpy Cat ever will be. Recreate this show-stopping look with the help of makeup artist Emma Willis for Contour Fossa.

Step 1: Use an angled eyeliner brush to apply a black cream eyeliner along the top lash line, adding a winged tip at the outer corners. Make sure you apply the eyeliner in accordance to your eye shape so that it complements the eye rather than detracts from it. If you really struggle with eyeliner, try this trick to help you out.
Product Pick: Urban Decay Super-Saturated Ultra Intense Waterproof Cream Eyeliner in Perversion

Step 2: Wipe off your angled eyeliner brush thoroughly, and then dip it into a white cream eye shadow. Draw a line directly underneath the wing, following its shape.
Product Pick: e.l.f. Studio Cream Eyeliner in Ivory

Step 3: Outline the top of the black eyeliner line from the inner corner all the way to the winged tip, tapering off to carefully connect the two white lines at the outer corner of the tip.
