My all time favorite eye liner - Chocolate Gloss - Review by Beth
I use this eye liner almost every day, but only on the top of my lids. I wear contacts and my eyes water alot. If I wear the liner on the bottom lids, it smudges within minutes. The liner glides on your lid perfectly without dragging. Beautiful brown color.
