As the season of overindulgence in salt, sugar, and champagne comes to a close, “glowing” may not be a word you would choose to describe your complexion. You can’t expect your skin to instantly bounce back from long travel days, minimal sleep, and the NYE extravaganza you just put it through. But you can bring back that luminous glow with this quick fix.
Step 1: Add Warmth
When your complexion is feeling dull, your first instinct may be to cover it up with full coverage foundation. Fight that urge. Even if you’re not particularly impressed with its current condition, you still want your skin to shine through—just give it a little color first.
