Are you a green-eyed gal looking to make your peepers pop? We don't blame you. Here are eye makeup ideas and tips that will make others green with envy.
Using a color wheel, first find the shade that best matches your eyes.

Then, look at neighboring shades within the same color family to build a monochromatic palette, or directly opposite shades to build a complementary palette. For a chic monochromatic look, we recommend you apply eye makeup in forest green, sages, mosses, and green-golds. For an alluring complementary look, we suggest mixing pinks, purples, roses and mauves. Whichever you choose, the iris of your eye will instantly appear crisper, clearer and more vibrant—greener, so to speak.
We tested the makeup color theory on green-eyed goddess and NY Makeup Artist Amanda Thesen, and the results were stunning. Check it out!
