EYES

SPARKLE EYELINER Apply smooth silky starbase on your lid as eyeliner with the tapered angle liner brush as if you are applying eyeliner on your eyes. Then take the same brush, dip the tip into the sparkles and then DAB onto lined eyes (DO NOT BLEND SPARKLES). If you get falling sparkles just wipe away with a cotton ball/tissue will just drag it. The reason there are two bases is because the sparkles are so fine they need a background to pop the color. A clear will not work as it will look dull. The sparkles are already recommended with the right base. Light colors with light starbase and dark sparkle colors with the dark starbase. If you put light sparkles over the darkstar base it will be more of a pop. If you put the dark colors over the light starbase it will look more dull. The deeper the background the more the sparkle color will pop. The base can be used alone as a shadow, eyebrow filler or plain eyeliner.

Questions asked?
1) Does it hurt if it goes in the eyes? NO the sparkles are very very fine.
2) Is it ok to wear with contacts? Yes
3) Does it stay on all day? Yes all day with no rubbing of course. You can swim, cry, sweat, skydive etc,.. it stays on.
4) Do I need to buy both bases? If you want the colors to pop the right way then yes if not then you can use one of the star bases.
5) Do I need to keep buying kits everytime I want a sparkle? NO, Buy the kit with the base first and then you can buy SINGLE sparkle colors alone without the base for $10. Single starbases ($12).
6) Can I use any base? NO this base if formulated where it does not crease, dry or absorb the sparkle.
7) Can I use any liner brush? As long as it's firm, angle, straight and short so you can get a thin precise line. The girlactik one is recommended.

PEARL BASE is more for a sheer sparkle eye. Do the same technique of applying the base on your lid and then DAB on sparkles. DO NOT BLEND. You can also apply eye shadow on your eye and then apply the pearl base on the middle of your lid close to your lashline and then dab on sparkles for a sparkling shadow. Because pearl base is more sheer, the color of your shadow will still come through. You may also use the pearl base as a primer for the glam eye and star shadow to pop color as if you were applying them wet. Do same technique of dabbing powder on top with light blend. You can also use pearl base as a highlighter.

STAR SHADOWS are silky pigmented shadows that last all day long and will not crease and I mean that. I've had a lot of woman tell me "The shadows are amazing, they feel great and blend so easily, it's purely a joy to apply your shadows!" You can use them wet or dry. Apply them over the pearl base for a deeper pop of color.

STAR LASH MASCARA is wonderful and does the job! it's light weight and it extends your lashes in a sense of your lashes curling when you apply the mascara on. The brush wand is very good. The blue and red give a nice tint and is not overdone at all. Mascara has Vitamin K which conditions your lashes.

TOOLS the liner & shadow brush are sable and the crease and blush are goat hair.

CHEEKS/GLOWY/SHIMMERING SKIN

STAR BLUSH are metallic tinted blushes that add a nice glow aside from color especially the Corsica. You can use all blushes as eyeshadows as well.

FACE GLIMMER is a luminizer that gives glowing skin. Apply it on your cheekbones, bridge of nose, forehead, and chin for a full face glow. If you apply the face glimmer on your cheeks and then blush on top it will make your blush more pearlized.

STAR POWDER is a silky shimmering powder that can be applied on your cheekbone for a shimmering highlighter with a hint of sparkle. May also be used as an eyeshadow or on your shoulders and decollate for a nice shine on your skin in the summer. Apply pearl base beneath star powder for pop of color. Lace star powder is beautiful on eyes over the pearl base.

CHIC SHINE is a foil highlighter that gives a metallic shine. You can apply it under your eyebrow on your lid close to your lashline and on your cheek bone for a highlighting foil shine effect. Looks beautiful in the light!

LIPS

STAR GLOSS comes in 8 sheer and shimmering hues with a red guava fragrance. They have a little tact in them to make them last long on the lips. It's a light tact you can handle:) The sheer glosses are with a sparkle that only reflects off the light so you don't feel the sparkles on your lips. The shimmering ones are with pearl.

BODY SPARKLE

HEAVEN'S DUST is a sparkle dust with a metallic powder leaving a nice lusterous shine on your skin with sparkles and a metallic undertone powder. Apply on shoulders, decollate, cheeks or where you'd like to sparkle. Not to be used on eyes. (Sparkles are bigger)

CELEBRITY GEL is the most luxurious gel your fingers will touch. It is made with silicon and a sparkle that only reflects off the light. It's has a refreshing fragrance to keep you smelling good. Apply where you'd like your body to accent with a hint of sparkle. Do not apply on eyes or lips.
