APPLICATION
Line the eyes starting from the inner corner of the upper lash line. Position the brush tip close to the roots. Apply gentle pressure and place the full length of the brush against the skin. Stay close to the lashes and maintain even pressure as you move the brush along the lash line. Before reaching the outer corner/end of your eye, move away from the lash line and finish with an upward stroke, creating a feminine fantail line lifting the eye upward.
