Miley Cyrus is giving new definition to the term “blonde ambition.” To celebrate her latest magazine cover, for Cosmopolitan, featuring her much-buzzed-about asymmetrical icy crop, she tweeted her nearly 11 million followers and asked, “Let’s play a game! All my fans go and put my @Cosmopolitan in front of all the magazines at the store!!!!!! Send me pics haha!” The call-to-action worked, placing her and her gorgeous androgynous look front and center on newsstands across the nation. “This look is so chic, young and sexy,” says celebrity makeup artist Tim Quinn. “The super-short cut and color are offset with a strong brow (courtesy of Maybelline Eye Studio Master Shape Brow Pencil), slightly smoky eye (courtesy of Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gell Shadow in Bad to the Bronze) and lots of lash (courtesy of Maybelline The Rocket Volum’ Express in Very Black) to truly frame her eyes.” Of course, Cyrus is used to garnering attention when it comes to the glossies, most notably by always surprising her audience with a new take on pop star beauty.
