The Rock Doll: that girl who always finds herself chasing after the lead singer of some new band, or maybe she’s the lead singer herself. She has that natural edge, the cool appeal of a girl not afraid to stand out. If this isn’t you, it’s someone you know. Or maybe you’ve just watched “Almost Famous” a few too many times. Whatever your familiarity with this cooler-than-cool character, we’re here to show you how to unleash your inner rock goddess with the help of beauty guru Emma Willis for Contour Fossa and our trend-forecasting friends at Beautystreams.

A polished beauty look is certainly not what we’re going for here, which is why our tutorial on beachy waves is all you need to get your hair looking just right. Simply curl your hair, tousle it up and then spritz with hairspray or a beach spray like L’Oréal Paris EverStyle Texture Series Beach Spray.
