Happy Summer to all at MakeUp.com!
The beauty experts at makeup.com have asked me to share some of my tips for a quick, polished look for the summer months
with out a lot of makeup.
The most important thing is to start with freshly cleansed and moisturized skin. Be sure to use eye cream and sunscreen and
allow five minutes for moisturizers to absorb before makeup application.
Tip #1 To even out skin tone
Apply a dab of Three Custom Color Specialists Crème Concealer to any areas that need a little help. With it's flexible coverage
you can go from full coverage for those pesky dark circles or blemishes all the way to sheer for areas of slight redness. Apply
with our Concealer Brush for full coverage in isolated areas or with a wet or dry sponge for more sheer coverage.
You can even mix our Crème Concealer together with a bit of your favorite moisturizer to create your very own custom
blended tinted-moisturizer! Also try this amazing product as an eye shadow or lip color base!
Tip #2 To set your makeup
Our Translucent Loose Powder is a must have (and one of Angelina Jolie's favorites!) It is suitable for ALL skin tones and will
set your makeup, absorb oil and give a beautiful glow to the skin. Use our big, fluffy Face Powder Brush for perfect
application all over the face and our All Over Eye Shadow Brush for setting Concealer in the eye area, pressing the powder
into place and lightly brushing off the excess. If you want a bit of color, try our Bronzers; Warm if you have golden skin
tones and Cool if you are more rosy or pink.
Tip #3 Brighten the eyes
A swipe of Clarifier Pencil on the inner rims of the eyes will whiten and brighten. Use Light if you are light to medium
complected and Dark if you are medium to deep. This water resistant formula will last all day (or night!) and can also be used
as a highlighter, lip color corrector and spot concealer.
Tip #4 Finishing touches
Don't forget a luscious coat or two of our Black Mascara to define the eyes and groom the brows with our Clear Brow Gel.
Last but not least, a generous application of your favorite Three Custom Lip Gloss to give the lips a shiny finish. My favorites
are Beach Plum Lip Gloss, which is a mauvey tone with a champagne shimmer and Doubles Lip Gloss, a sheer berry stain which
was made for Sofia Coppola.
