IMPORTANT NOTICE
Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APOs, Hawaii, or Alaska will ship via USPS Standard Service only. Such orders are not trackable, are not eligible for expedited shipping, and are not guaranteed to be delivered within the usual 6-10 day time period.
Please be advised that no orders will be shipped on Thursday November 27, or Friday November 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Makeup.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $60 before taxes.
For shipments less than $60, there is a standard shipping charge of $5.99. Our standard shipping is by UPS Ground in the continental U.S. or USPS Ground for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes and remote areas outside normal UPS delivery points. Most packages will arrive within
6 to 10 business days.

delivery time may vary depending upon the accuracy of the billing and shipping information provided. All orders shipped by UPS will have a tracking number assigned. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number and the expected arrival date.

How do I track my order?
To track a recent UPS order you will need your UPS Tracking Code. This code will be e-mailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse, usually within 2-4
business days
after you place your order.
You may also view the status and tracking information for your purchase by logging into your account and clicking on the
My Account
link located on the top of all Makeup.com web pages.

Note: Orders containing both makeup and fragrance items will arrive in separate shipments.
Unfortunately the US Postal Service (USPS) does not currently offer a tracking service on their standard regular small package delivery.
