Fragrance items, Jewelry items and most Prestige Brand items are not shipped from our main warhouse and will be shipped separately from other products on our site. Fragrance, Jewelry & Prestige Brand items are not eligible for free or expedited shipping, free samples, or for shipping outside the United States.
Order Tracking
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt*. An email will be sent to the email address you provide to inform you of your tracking number(s), or, if you created a Makeup.com account, you may login to view your tracking information and order status.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Makeup.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add items to your Makeup.com shopping cart as usual, and select the “International Checkout” option when you are ready to finalize your order. The items will be automatically transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee your delivery.
