i actually bought the Cargo Smokey Eye Liner kit (with applicator brush) from sephora.com, but found that i really like the budapest eyeliner duo that came with it. the Cream is layered on first and the shadow afterwards to complete the look. It has taken a bit of practice, but that's because i don't do the "smokey eye" look alot. Overall, i really like this eye liner set, it just takes a bit of practice in applying it if you haven't used this type of shadow set before. Definately buy it!
