We are sharing the tips, tricks and all the best there is to know about living your life beautifully. In this edition of the seriesBrit Morin lists the top wedding beauty pins on Pinterest. If you haven't already discovered it, Pinterest is a wellspring for finding new hairstyles and beauty tricks. Another thing for which Pinterest is great? Wedding planning! I’m so bummed I wasn't able to take full advantage of this site as I was planning for my own wedding a couple years ago. But to this day I still pin beautiful hair and makeup looks to my "Wedding" board. Perhaps I’ll have to convince my hubby to renew our vows at our five-year anniversary mark so that I can use all the incredible ideas available. Until then, though, I thought I’d share the goods with you. Here are the 15 best hair and makeup wedding pins on Pinterest. 1. LOOSE FISHTAIL With 13,914 repins, this hairstyle tops the charts. I particularly love the volume (remember, I’m originally from the South), the loose braid and the flower as the final touch. 2. HALF-UP I did a similar look for my wedding, thus this one caught my attention immediately. It’s elegant without looking too prom-tastic. And with over 10,000 repins, it’s fair to say I’m not the only one who likes it. 3. ARTISTIC UPDO While gorgeous, this looks pretty complicated and is definitely not a DIY hairstyle. But show it to your professional stylist, and I’m sure they can nail it. 4. ROSETTE WAVES How adorable are these little rosette details? They are the perfect topper for this sideswept do, since they're beautiful and super romantic. 5. SMOKY EYES Kim Kardashian is KILLING IT with the makeup in this look. I love the combination of smoky eyes and nude lips. It’s great for adding a bit of drama without going overboard. 6. PIN CURLS For you ladies who want a cascading hair look, why not try one with a bit of a retro edge? These pin curls are gorgeous and would go perfectly with a vintage-inspired gown. 7. PEACHY PINK MAKEUP Notice how the eyes, lips and cheeks all match without competing with one another? It brightens up the whole face into one complete, rosy look. 8. FULL LASHES It’s okay to wear faux lashes on your big day, but keep them subtle! These are a great example. They enhance the lash volume without looking too costumey. 9. BRAIDED TWIST UPDO Isn’t this one gorgeous? The braid and flower are a super-chic way to add a modern twist to an otherwise classic updo. 10. VIOLET BEAUTY I'm a big fan of the mauve lip and eggplant smoky eye on Drew Barrymore here. Plus, I mean, it’s Drew. You have to love her no matter what her makeup looks like. 11. CHERRY-STAINED LIPS If you’re going with a bold lip, make sure it’s the only thing bold on you. Bridal attire is too soft and delicate to get too crazy with strong color. But this cherry-stained look is a pretty exception to the rules. (The hair and headpiece are pretty fabulous, too.) 12. MUSSED-UP BRAIDS Serena, Blake—whichever you want to call her—has definitely got hair to “gossip” about. This style has been repinned more than 50,000 times! I’m partial to the messy, boho look and especially love the gold hair clip. Swoon! 13. SIMPLE RINGLETS This half-up style is super simple and works especially well for brides who want to wear a veil. Just tuck it into the bobby-pin line and you’re set. 14. 30 UPDO IDEAS Still stuck? Here are 30 more updo ideas! Send this pin to your bridesmaids and have them pick their favorites. 15. FLOWER DOS If you haven’t noticed, I’m a huge fan of flowers. They are an instant way to make your hair even prettier. Even if you don’t want to wear them during the ceremony, try adding a couple for your reception to freshen up the look throughout your big day. Here are a few that have been über popular on pinboards.
