Blake Lively’s Red Carpet Mani Took 3 Steps — Here’s How to Get The Look

ATTN all nail obsessees: If Blake Lively’s mani from last night’s red carpet didn’t make you stop and stare, we ask that you take another look. Inspired by her new film, A Simple Favor, Lively sported the coolest pearly-sheen negative space nail art we’ve ever laid our eyes on. The nail art gives off a very 1940s Art Deco vibe, and Essie manicurist Elle created a chic, white-on-white modern take on the era to complement Lively’s alabaster ensemble.

What You’ll Need:

Essie Blanc

Essie Pearly White

Essie Speed Setter Top Coat

STEP 2: Place a triangle of tape at the base of the nail, and fill it in with Blanc.

STEP 3: Carefully remove the tape and set the polishes with the Speed Setter Top Coat.
