The essie Summer 2018 Collection just dropped in store and is inspired by the free-spirited shades of you. The collection has a feminine yet boho feel to it, making it perfect for any festivals you plan on attending this summer! 

This summer nail polish collection includes:

All Daisy Long - a flowery white nail polish with crisp jade green and rosy pink iridescence.

Young, Wild & Me - a dusty rose pink with soft nude tones.

The Fuchsia is Bright - a vibrant magenta pink.

Empower-mint - a bright turquoise green.

Making Harmony - a dark mauve purple with subtle mahogany red undertones.

Sunny Daze - an amber nude with golden shimmer.

Rita Remark, essie global lead educator, has created a gorgeous nail art called “summer loving”, and here is how you can recreate it:

1 Apply first base base coat to each nail and let dry.

2 Apply one generous coat of empower-mint and let dry before next step.

3 On a cosmetic wedge, polish empower-mint and the fuchsia is bright horizontally, blending where the colors meet. Working quickly, lightly press the cosmetic wedge into the bottom half of each nail to create an ombré effect. (If you don’t achieve full saturation in the first round, you may want to repeat this step to allow the colors to POP!)

4 Choose two statement nails on each hand and, with a stripping brush dipped in young, wild & me, polish two crossing lines to form an ‘X.’

5 On each statement nail, polish another arrow shape in each of the four quadrants of the X, leaving space between the lines to see the ombré.

6 On each statement nail, fill in each mini arrow with a striping or detail brush dipped in young, wild & me. Finish with good to go topcoat
