This Mom Makeover Makeup Tutorial Will Melt Your Heart

With Mother’s Day coming up fast, we’ve been thinking of different ways to celebrate our fabolous mamas — from gift guides to spa packages and everything in between. In honor of the day, M Crowd influencer Julia decided to put makeup on her mom, and the results are both stunning and particularly adorable.

Step 1: Start by applying a Lancôme Génifique Sheet Mask. Formulated with half a bottle of Génifique, this formula is perfect for getting extra radiance and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. Make sure to pat the leftover serum into the skin for maximum results.

Step 2: Next, work in the Renergie Multi-Glow Rosy-Tinted Cream Moisturizer for a hydrated, rosy glow.

Step 3: After, apply the Rénergie Eye Cream to the sensitive skin underneath the eye.

Step 4: To add some extra lit-from-within glow, apply L’Oréal Visible Lift Radiance Booster to the skin before applying face makeup.

Step 5: Next, use a brightening primer to give skin a bright and healthy sheen.

Step 9: Next, apply a peachy blush and a warm-toned bronzer to add color back into the skin.

Step 10: Use a creamy highlighter for a natural pop of light.

Step 11: To fill in the brows, use an eyebrow stick like the Monsieur Big Brow stick in a color that compliments your skin. If you want to add more shape, feel free to go back in with a fine-tipped brow pencil.

Step 12: Next, apply a base to the eye to ensure that shadows stick and stay vibrant once applied.

Step 13: For the eye look, reach for pink and brown neutrals like the shades found in the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. We recommend a subtle smoky look to really play up the eyes.

Step 14: Define the look by applying brown shadow to the upper lash line.

Step 15: Next, apply a mascara like Lancôme Monsieur Big to make the eyes really pop.

Step 16: Tie the look together using the same shadows you used on the top of the eye, to the bottom lash line as well.

Step 17: Line the lips using a brown, flesh-toned lip liner and apply a complimentary lipstick shade like YSL #3 and layer a gloss on top for extra shine.
