Everyone needs some time to recharge. The same goes for our skin. Bedtime is the perfect time for our skin to rejuvenate and refresh, so a proper nighttime ritual is vital. No, seriously, we’re talking non-negotiable. The thing is, not all of us have the same skin types or issues, so finding one perfect formula for nighttime skin care is impossible. We understand this, so we came up with three different routines to treat three separate skin types. Sweet dreams!

Oily/Acne-Prone Skin

Step 1. Double cleanse with a foaming or gel-based cleanser specifically formulated for your skin type. Hand wash your face the first time, using gentle circular motions. For the second wash, use a cleansing brush like Clarisonic Mia 2.

Dry Skin

Step 1.

Step 2. When dealing with dry skin, the last thing you need is to lose even more moisture. Try The Body Shop Vitamin E Hydrating Toner.

Step 3. Put on a serum or oil like L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Glow Renewal Facial Oil that will pump your skin with some added moisture.

Step 4. Before the serum is completely absorbed into the skin, apply moisturizer to seal the deal and keep your skin healthy and hydrated throughout the evening.

Combo Skin

Step 1.
If you have indecisive skin that gets oily in some place (T-zone, nose and chin) and dry in others, you are a candidate for combination skin. For this skin type, it’s best to go with a cleanser like L’Oréal Paris Ideal Clean All Skin Types Foaming Gel Cleanser that will clean your complexion without stripping it of essential oils and nutrients or irritating it.
