Now, Target is establishing itself as a serious beauty destination with a little help from L’Oréal Paris. The two brands have partnered up to host the Beauty Pop-Up Studio in 200 Target stores around the country. Experts will be on hand to offer free beauty tutorials and makeup samples — and who couldn’t use a little help with their liquid eyeliner or contouring?
