How to Recreate Hasley’s Playful Music Festival Eye MakeupStep 1: Apply the Base for Your EyesStart by laying down the base colors for the eyes with the NYX Professional Makeup Ultimate Shadow Palette in Brights” Fade the yellow and lime green shades into a two-tone blue by blending them out to create a gradation of color.Step 2: Add the Glitter To add sparkle and a pop of color, reach for the NYX Professional Makeup Glitter Goals Cream Pro Palette. Using NYX Professional Makeup Dual Silicone Applicator to help the product stick, pack the glitter pigment on top of your eyeshadow base. Use shade Number 8 from the palette over top of the yellow and Number 7 over the lime green.
