    Dawn Davis is the senior editorial director of Makeup.com by L'Oréal. She has almost 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and has worked at publications like TotalBeauty.com, Cosmopolitan.com, Harper's Bazaar and Lucky Magazine. Now, she leads the team and shapes the content and voice to inform and delight the Makeup.com reader.

    Lindsey Unterberger is the content director for Makeup.com by L'Oréal, where she plans and edits all the stories that go on the site. She's previously led the beauty teams at Glamour.com and Dailymail.com and has freelanced everywhere from Fashionista.com to Parents magazine. She firmly believes that a red lip and a sheet mask are always a good idea.

    Sarah is the senior editor for Makeup.com by L'Oréal, and she's come a long way from her missguided days of piling on turquoise mascara and putting toothpaste on zits. You can now find her searching for NYC's best cheeseburger, listening to Beyoncé (again) and applying a 10-step skin-care regimen on her off time. She's previously written for Soko Glam's The Klog, The Daily Mail, Marie Claire, Allure and Lucky Magazine.

    Alanna Martine Kilkeary is a native New Yorker and an associate beauty editor at Makeup.com by L'Oréal . She has had the opportunity to grace the digital pages of Harper's Bazaar, Rolling Stone and Teen Vogue with her words and skills. She runs a literary-infused fashion blog in her free time, her heart belongs to William Shakespeare, and most importantly, she believes that Wes Anderson should serve as art director for the entire universe.

    Ariel Wodarcyk is an associate editor at Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Originally from Northern California, she loves reading in the park, baking cakes for her friends and listening to ‘80s new wave. For the past 10 years, she's been fully immersed in helping fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands find their voice. On her off-duty days, Mel can be found rummaging through thrift stores, painting or finding new brunch spots to eat at.

    Rachel is the Senior Project Manager on Makeup.com by L'Oréal and Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She manages long-lead projects for both brands, creates process workflows, and handles day-to-day technical matters. She also helps out with creative UX/UI needs and development. In her off time, you can find her roaming around with a camera in hand, spending time with her dog, or making travel plans with meticulous itineraries.

    Is the staff photographer at Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Raised in the heart of Las Vegas in a family of artists, Chaunté can often be found scouring vintage stores for jumpsuits and ringer tees. Over the past 10 years her clients have included West Elm, Ann Taylor Loft, Chase Bank, Esquire and various small fashion labels. In her opinion, dancing is usually the answer to everything.

    Hannah Packer is the visual designer for Makeup.com by L'Oréal, where she concepts and creates content with a goal to inspire others. When she’s not designing, you can find her baking and eating every type of cookie possible, scrolling through her fav IG dog accounts, or taking pictures outside of the beautiful NYC.

After graduating from college and moving to NYC, Becca accidentally found herself in the world of production and has never looked back.
