    Dawn Davis is the senior editorial director of Makeup.com by L'Oréal. She has almost 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and has worked at publications like TotalBeauty.com, Cosmopolitan.com, Harper's Bazaar and Lucky Magazine. Now, she leads the team and shapes the content and voice to inform and delight the Makeup.com reader.

  • Alanna Martine Kilkeary
    Alanna Martine Kilkeary is a native New Yorker and an assistant managing editor at Makeup.com by L'Oréal . She has had the opportunity to grace the digital pages of Harper's Bazaar, Rolling Stone and Teen Vogue with her words and skills. She runs a literary-infused fashion blog in her free time, her heart belongs to William Shakespeare, and most importantly, she believes that Wes Anderson should serve as art director for the entire universe.

When she's not creating beauty content, you can find her dreaming about future travel and checking off restaurants on her NYC dining bucket list. Her work has also been featured on Skincare.com, Beauty Magazine and POPSUGAR.

    Ariel Wodarcyk is an associate editor at Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Originally from Northern California, she loves reading in the park, baking cakes for her friends and listening to ‘80s new wave. Her first makeup memory involves packing on way too much mint eyeshadow for any normal 9-year-old girl. You can read more of her work in Health, Reader’s Digest, Working Mother and Better You.

    Mary Honkus is an associate editor at Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Previously, she wrote for People Magazine and Real Simple. She loves all makeup but is a self-proclaimed mascara-aficionado and believes glitter is the perfect finishing touch for just about any look. When she's not writing, she can be found editing YouTube videos, exploring NYC's culinary scene or relaxing on her Hell's Kitchen rooftop.

    Melissa is the Senior Art Director for Makeup.com by L'Oréal, where she leads the digital and creative strategy. For the past 10 years, she's been fully immersed in helping fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands find their voice. On her off-duty days, Mel can be found rummaging through thrift stores, painting or finding new brunch spots to eat at.

    Rachel is the Senior Project Manager on Makeup.com by L'Oréal and Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She manages long-lead projects for both brands, creates process workflows, and handles day-to-day technical matters. She also helps out with creative UX/UI needs and development. In her off time, you can find her roaming around with a camera in hand, spending time with her dog, or making travel plans with meticulous itineraries.

    Is the staff photographer at Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Raised in the heart of Las Vegas in a family of artists, Chaunté can often be found scouring vintage stores for jumpsuits and ringer tees. Over the past 10 years her clients have included West Elm, Ann Taylor Loft, Chase Bank, Esquire and various small fashion labels. In her opinion, dancing is usually the answer to everything.

    Hannah Packer is the visual designer for Makeup.com by L'Oréal, where she concepts and creates content with a goal to inspire others. When she’s not designing, you can find her baking and eating every type of cookie possible, scrolling through her fav IG dog accounts, or taking pictures outside of the beautiful NYC.

She is always down for exploring different cities and trying fun hair looks.

    Crystal Simone is the junior designer for Makeup.com by L'Oréal. Originally from Long Island, she attended college in Manhattan and instantly fell in love with the city. When she’s not enjoying a matcha at her favorite local coffee shop, you can find her dj'ing at your favorite club. Some of her hobbies include knitting and crocheting, rug making, cooking delicious meals, and making TikToks with her cat.
  • Juliana Campisi
    Juliana is the Visual Designer at Makeup.com and Skincare.com by L’Oréal. Previously at PAPER Magazine, she loves experimenting with color, texture, and typography. When she’s not designing, she’s either hunting down the best cup of deli coffee, messing around with clay, or detangling thread from her sewing machine.
