The massive, travel-inspired palette (we love the name Born To Run, don’t you?) includes 21 shades (19 of which are totally new to Urban Decay!) with different finishes like mattes and shimmers. The hard-cased packaging is covered in travel-inspired photos — and it’s different than the traditional edgy feel from Urban Decay.
