Sometimes keeping oil at bay is the last thing on our makeup minds. But when it hits 4 p.m. and we glance over to our desk mirrors only to realize we’re beyond dewy, we feel like our makeup failed us. To avoid this beauty mishap, we’ve created the ultimate all-matte tutorial for you to try when the goings get shiny.

Get the look ahead:

STEP 1: After moisturizing your skin, prime your face with the Maybelline Master Prime Primer + Base all over.

STEP 2: Apply the IT Cosmetics Oil Free Matte CC+ Cream with a makeup blending sponge.

STEP 3: Conceal under your eyes and down your T-zone with the Urban Decay NAKED Skin Concealer.

STEP 4: Set your face makeup with the Dermablend Translucent Loose Setting Powder, and blend it in.

STEP 5: Warm up your skin tone with a matte bronzer, and fill in your brows.

STEP 6: Using the Urban Decay Born To Run Palette, apply Still Shot all over your lids. Next, warm up your crease with Riff and blend it out with a tapered brush. Pick up Baja and apply it overtop, and then blend it out to your outer V and lower lash line.

STEP 7: Next, line your upper lash line with a black liquid liner and wing it out.

STEP 8: Finish off the eyes with the Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara, and apply a set of falsies.

STEP 9: Sweep on a peachy blush, and highlight your cheekbones with the Maybelline Master Chrome in Molten Gold.

STEP 10: Complete the look with the NYX Suede Matte Lipstick in Peach Don’t Kill My Vibe.
