How To Recreate Mandy Moore’s Red Carpet Beauty Look From Last Night

We’re not the first to say it, but Mandy Moore slayed on the red carpet last night — so much so, that she practically broke the Internet. From her warm, monochromatic Lancôme makeup look and her effortless beachy waves to her swoon-worthy gold Rodarte dress and chic, gold-glitter mani — the actress takes home our award in the beauty category.

“I really wanted Mandy’s look to be beautiful, but in a really toned-down way,” explains celebrity makeup artist Jenn Streicher. “I loved her Rodarte dress and created a monochromatic look to highlight this without taking away from the dress.”

Ahead, discover how to get the makeup look at home, according to Jenn Streicher.

STEP 1: Prep your skin with Lancôme Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum followed by Énergie De Vie Day Cream.

STEP 2: Prime your skin with La Base Pro Pore Eraser.

STEP 3: Apply Teint Idole Ultra Wear Liquid Foundation in your shade and then spray your makeup sponge with Fix it Forget it Setting Sprayto moisten it. Blend out your fondation.

STEP 4: Use Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer in your shade underneath your eyes to conceal any undereye bags.

STEP 5: For the blush, combine two shades from the Proenza Schouler for Lancôme Chroma Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Warm Chroma. Apply two of the burnt orange shades in the bottom row of the eye palette to your cheeks.

STEP 6: Using a fan brush, I lighted dusted Dual Finish Highlighter in 05 Sparking Peche (or your ideal shade) onto the cheekbones.

STEP 7: Apply a layer of Big Lashes Extension Fibers to your top lashes for extra length and then use a lot of mascara on your top and bottom lashes.

STEP 8: Create a burnt orange and burgundy smokey eye using Proenza Schouler for Lancôme Chroma Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Warm Chroma. Focus on two of the darker brown shades in the palette and then used the lighter, more nude colors in your crease and below your eye.

STEP 9: Fill in your brows with the Les Sourcils Definis in your shade.

STEP 10: Prep your lips with Absolue Precious Cells Nourishing Lip Balm and then use L'Absolu Rouge Lipstick in 202 Nuit et Jour — a creamy brown, nude shade. Finish by dabbing your finger in one of the dark bronze, burnt orange shades from the Proenza Schouler for Lancôme Chroma Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Warm Chroma. Press it onto the lips for a matte effect.
