A lash primer is essentially a base coat that you apply to your lashes before your mascara. A primer works to lengthen, volumize, as well as replenish your lashes. Primers work to prep your lashes so that you get all the benefits your mascara has to offer!

It goes on easily and really helps me reap the volumizing benefits of all my favourite mascaras! The formula also nourishes and conditions my lashes while I have it on too, which is an added bonus!

The L’Oreal Voluminous Primer is a great place to start when it comes to lash primers as it is affordable and still gives really great results, but there are lots to choose from. If you’re looking to take your lash game up a notch, I can’t recommend a lash primer enough!
