Fashion Week, in general, is a very serious occasion. It’s so serious the general public rarely gets to experience it. Thankfully, L'Oréal Paris just switched things up for the better. Over the weekend, L'Oréal Paris took Paris Fashion Week by storm by closing down the Champs-Élysées (a.k.a. Paris’s Main Street) and putting on their own beauty and fashion show – debuting a wide variety of different hair and makeup looks, as well as fashion from Balmain, Isabel Marant and Giambattista Valli. But what made the event particularly iconic was when the diverse group of L'Oréal Paris brand ambassadors walked the runway – including Jane Fonda, Helen Mirren, Liya Kebede and Iskra Lawrence. This special event not only celebrated how beauty comes in many different forms, but it also proved that Fashion Week doesn’t need to be so exclusive after all.
