This stuff super creamy and highly pigmented — all it takes is three dots under each eye to conceal any puffiness, redness or purple-blue skin discoloration. I like to pat this in with my fourth finger (no brushes required), and like the wave of a magic wand my circles seem to disappear right before my eyes.
