Calling All Fashion Collab Junkies: L’Oréal Paris Teamed Up With Isabel Marant and We’re Obsessed

When beauty and fashion collides, incredible creativity happens. We’ve seen it before in fashion house vis a vis makeup lines: from Essie x Reem Acra to Lancôme and Sonia Rykiel — and of course, L’Oréal Paris and Balmain. And now the latter French makeup brand has done it once again, adding Isabel Marant to their lengthy roster of fashion collabs. Launched at Paris Fashion Week, L’Oréal Paris and Isabel Marant hit the catwalk with a whopping 11-piece collection, designed by the legendary designer herself, and inspired by Marant’s French girl muse.

The line includes seven shades of matte lipstick, a smoky eyeshadow duo (complete with a matte black and blue iridescent counterpart), a cool brow mascara, double-take worthy lip gloss and finally a skin beautifier — which promises to highlight and enhance the skin with a soft sheen. Together, these products create a cool girl vibe, celebrating everything Marant’s fashion house is all about: major sophistication with a touch of youth.
