Elaine Welteroth on #BackseatBeats and the Look That Makes Her Feel Like a Boss

Award-winning journalist Elaine Welteroth may be known for being the former editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue and an all around girl boss, but that’s not the only reason we’re obsessed. She’s also known for her #backseatbeat series on Instagram stories where she does her makeup on the move in hyperlapsed, 10-second videos. Not only is it mesmerizing to watch, somehow she always emerges looking flawless and totally put together.

We recently caught up with Elaine at Lou and Grey’s OKREAL event to get the scoop on her quick beauty looks and favorite versatile beauty products. This look is “bossy,” she emphasized — and we can’t help but agree.
