How to Make Graphic Eyeliner Even Cooler
November 02, 2017Geometric AF
There’s something about this look that seems super hard but is actually ridiculously easy to do. Is it wearable or just for instagram? You decide.
The key is using a straight edge — like a playing card — to get your lines as crisp as possible. The geometric angles and a pop of color make it a modern, graphic eye look instead of an exaggerated cat eye.

You’ll Need:
NYX In Your Elements Collection in Earth
Maybelline Master Precise Ink in Black Comet
Step 1: Prep your eyes with eyelid primer.
Step 2: Place a bright shadow all over the lid — don’t forget to blend!
Step 3: Using a stiff card, create a 45-degree line using your liquid liner.
Step 4: Draw a line in your crease and connect it to your wing. (You can stop here for a more casual look.)
Step 5: Draw a line downward and create a triangle. Fill it in.
Step 6: Trace the inner corner of your eye and draw a line toward your nose.
Step 7: Fill it in for a strong graphic liner look.
